As I am a member of the ABvC, General Professional Association for Counselling, sessions may be reimbursed, if you have a supplementary insurance, by the following Dutch insurers:

In 2010 and 2011 treatment of mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders, as well as relapse-prevention of depression, anxiety or burnout, may be reimbursed by some health insurance companies, including Univé-VGZ-IZA-Trias.
Prevention is included in the basic package of ZEKUR and Extra ZEKUR.
